Thank you for considering La Querida for your next tattoo, Please keep in mind that we are a small volume studio that is focused on fully custom, original work.
You have to be at least 18 years of age with a valid ID. We do not tattoo minors, regardless of permission from their legal guardian.
A state issued driver’s license or state ID card, a military ID or a passport. Many forms of ID are valid for 5 or more years and though the ID presented may be valid, the photo must be current enough to match the person presenting the ID.
We are not currently able to accept walk-ins or same-day appointments. All tattoo appointments must be scheduled ahead of time directly with your artist. Additionally, our artists generally book their appointments at least a month or more in advance. Artists may have last-minute cancellations they need to fill every so often; the best way to find out about these is to follow us and our artists on Instagram!
We are only able to accommodate the client and the artist in the room so we ask you come alone. Any company will be welcome to relax in our lounge.
We are happy to accept cards and cash. Cards will be assessed a 3% connivance fee by the processor.
If you are not sure who you’d like to do your tattoo for you, feel free to submit your project using our consultation request form. We are happy to provide you with a recommendation.
No, we do not have a piercer at our shop and do not have the ability to put in or take out piercings, nor do we sell piercing supplies.
We use 100% disposable, one-time-use tattoo supplies to avoid any potential cross-contamination. All of our artists completed continuing education in the transmission of bloodborne pathogens. Each station is fully cleaned and sanitized using hospital-grade cleaners between each client. All artists use appropriate PPE before, during, and after your tattoo. The entire shop is cleaned daily.
Our studio is located in the King Warehouse which has a small parking lot.
Permits are available for extra street parking for clients if necessary (please ask your artist). Construction/road closures may be present.
You are also able to find street parking around the block, or there are a few paid parking lots in less than 10 minutes walking.
