I have spent many hours getting tattooed by Dia, and I feel truly honored to carry her art on my skin. Sessions are comfortable, considerate, and professional, and I always leave her chair feeling inspired. Her work is stunningly detailed and diverse, and I will be continuing to add to my collection until I’m out of space. Don’t hesitate to get on her waitlist; it’s absolutely worth the wait.

I don't know if words can do her work justice. I just sat for two days with Dia who brought my vision of a tattoo in memoriam of my grandparents to life. She was a gracious host, a fantastic conversationalist, but most of all, an incredibly talented artist. Her talent lies not only as a tattoo artist but also to fine art. Her and her husband's amazing vision and talents will make this studio a huge success.

Dia was great to work with for my first tattoo! First of all, her artwork is incredible and she has incredible skill with translating it to skin. I played the waiting game to get a slot and it was absolutely worth waiting for. Everything felt appropriately professional from the scheduling to the tattooing itself, and I felt completely comfortable throughout. I was tattooed at Haunted Hands (Dia's previous location) in 2022 & 2023 and I'm excited to come see La Querida when I get back on Dia's books! (the pic is from a terrible angle; it's of the additional work in 2023 as an extension of the work from 2022)

Dia is everything I had hoped for and more. I had been marveling at her tattoo artwork for years and was so happy to finally book sessions with her. She was able to interpret my vision into a piece of art; her art has allowed me to see something beautiful on myself everyday.
There is such an ease in talking to her and being in her company. She is thorough, informative, honest, and compassionate. She gives all of herself to her clients, her passions, and her vision. She not only has an incredible portfolio but she has a desire to mentor others and make a safe haven for creativity, education, and support free from judgment and stigma.

I won the tattoo artist lottery finding Dia! She is an incredible artist with a gentle hand, and transformed my crazy rambling ideas into an absolutely gorgeous piece that I am so in love with. I cannot recommend her highly enough, especially if you are looking for a calm, inclusive atmosphere/safe and welcoming space. Doesn't hurt that she is just a lovely, kind, and funny human being on top of all that talent.

I had been waiting years to find someone to bring my idea for this 'saguaro bouquet' to life, and when I happened upon Dia's work I was blown away. She and her space are so welcoming, and her skill and detail are second to none. We've moved from Tucson, but if inspiration ever strikes again I'd happily make regular flights back to have her work on another piece.

There's a reason I've given so much space on my body for Dia's art! She's an expert at portraying all manner of flora and fauna. I imagine I'll continue to go to her for more work in the years to come!

Not only does Dia create amazing art that you can enjoy for the rest of your life she also provides the most welcoming, comfortable, and fun atmospheres I have been in. Her artwork, both paintings and tattoos, are breathtaking. I feel welcome the instant I step into her presence and she takes care to make me feel comfortable with the process and checks in regularly. I have been getting tattoos from Dia since 2015. Her art is incredible and speaks for itself. Every experience I’ve had getting a tattoo with Dia has been phenomenal. She is inclusive, a clear communicator, and has an impeccable vision. I am so excited for her new studio in Tucson and even though I live in Boston I plan on flying out to get new work by her in the future! Tucson is so lucky to have this amazing artist!

Dia is so good at making you feel comfortable. Tattooing is intense, expensive, and painful but she makes you feel at home and assured. It was a true pleasure sitting with her for hours! And, my tattoo turns heads and is my most beautiful piece of work. I can’t wait to go back!!

La Querida is a spacial space. Dia has created such a welcoming and incredible atmosphere. You can immediately tell that La Querida is a place for community and a space that accommodates everyone. Floral tattoos are my thing so I am looking forward to starting another tattoo project soon.
